The Church of Central Africa, Presbyterian (CCAP) is a Presbyterian denomination. It consists of five synods: one in Zambia (Zambia Synod), one in Zimbabwe (Harare Synod) and three in Malawi: Livingstonia Synod in the north, Nkhoma Synod in the centre and Blantyre Synod in the south.
The CCAP Blantyre Synod was established in 1956, and the CCAP United Synod was formed in 1926. The CCAP Blantyre Synod works in various capacities, including with youth, women, prisoners. It also provides many educational and health services under its Synod.
