Important Note:

  • All documents submitted must be in English
  • You must read the Information document prior to completing the application form. Please, download it here
In order to complete the application, please have the following documents available before beginning the process
  • Most recent Annual Report
  • The two most recent external audited statements of accounts, following Internationally Accepted Standards of Accounting
  • A description (of no more than 4 pages) of two programmes undertaken in the last two years
  • An extract from the Minutes of the governance meeting where it was decided to apply for ACT Alliance membership
  • The Statutes/Constitution of the applicant church/organization
  • Your organisation's logo in a PNG or JPEG format
  • Completed Application Form with scanned signature that you can download here
