Make a list of all the threats you face. Rate how likely they are. Prioritize the most common, understanding that these may not seem the most dangerous. Be aware of your vulnerabilities at home, in public, at work and online.

For each threat apply the risk mitigation formula. Develop prevention strategies to lower likelihood of an incident. Also develop plans for how you will survive, recover and get past an incident if it does occur. Learn lessons and apply them.
