Brot für die Welt, Christian Aid, Church of Sweden, ICCO Cooperation and Norwegian Church Aid, as part of the ACT Alliance, are taking a new, energetic approach to our work tackling inequality and poverty in Southern Africa. We are looking to recruit a manager for the initial phase of the change process as we move towards closer ways of working.

About the role

The purpose of the role is to facilitate the process of developing a new entity for ACT in South Africa and to provide organisational development support during the initial phase of the pilot. The role is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The position is based in the joint ACT office in Pretoria, South Africa.
